One winner chosen each hour. Must be present within three minutes or prize amount rolls over to the next drawing. No limit to the number of prizes won per member. If the 10pm winner on January 27 is not present within 3 minutes, a new winner will be chosen until a present winner is found. Entries do not roll over to the next drawing date. Barrel will be emptied at the end of each day.
